15 minutes before the start time, we will broadcast a countdown clock. You will be able to simply push play and watch the pre-show.

The assembly includes interaction with pre-chosen volunteers. A staff member has already chosen these students and they will simply click the yellow button below the video on this page. 

NOTE: It's important that they are in a separate room (away from the class watching on the teacher's smartboard) in order to avoid audio feedback and video delay. We suggest all volunteers (usually 3) join on one device and take turns in front of the camera. They will be able to watch the entire assembly on their device.

When you schedule a live stream assembly, you will be given a unique event page (This page that you are on right now) that will include everything you need for a successful event.

You will send out this simple link to your participating staff who will be able to download promotional materials and see a preview of the event.

This page will include:

• Date & Time of the event
• Embeded video feed
• Link for pre-chosen student volunteers to join the event

On the event day, teachers will simply go to this event page and push PLAY. They can project or display the video feed on their smartboard or TV.

Students will watch the assembly from their seats.

The event is simple and easy to facilitate for schools of any size.
